LLC <br /> This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the day of-1����� <br /> 2011, amending the agreement dated July 14, 2009 (the "AgreemenY' by and between <br /> the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California ("Ciry"), serving as fiscal agent for Redwood City 2020 and Carol Lashman, <br /> FabAnnex LLC, ("ConsultanY') (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On July 74, 2009, the Parties executed Agreement for Professional Services <br /> — Carol Lasjman, FabAnnex.LLC and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of 12 months; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of 12 months ending on June 30, 2012. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3.
