JL{1 <br /> <br />PURCHASE FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA OF LOTS 1 <br />AND 2 IN BLOCK 3 AND LOT 4 IN BLOCK 1 OF VILLA <br />TRACT. <br /> <br />RESOLVED', that the City of Redwood City acquire from the <br />state of California, by a contract between the City Council of Said <br />City and the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, sub- <br /> <br />ject to approval by the state Controller, that certain real property <br /> <br />situated in the City ot Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of <br /> <br />California, particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots land 2 in Block 3 and Lot 4 in Block 1 8S shown on <br />that certain map entitled "Map of Villa Tract Resubd1vision of <br />Lot No. 50 of the Reese Subdivision of a Portion of the Red- <br />wood Farm" filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San <br />Mateo County, state of California on June 6, 1908 in Book 6 <br />. of Maps at page 19. <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED-that the City Manager of said City be and <br /> <br />he~is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract in <br />accordance with the foregoing provisions. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted <br />by the City Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting <br />thereof held on the l'7th day of June, 1946, by the following vote: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the <br /> <br />fongoing Resolution, Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, GRANGER <br /> <br />McNULTY, SWIFT, WERDER and HILTON. <br /> <br />NOES, Councilmen: NONE <br /> <br />Absent, Councilmen: NONE. <br /> <br />. r(L;I /7~,/ ~~.~:'::-" <br />7'P: V' .. ..{l...~<;:;:.
