<br />form of resolution of intention to be adopted by the Board of <br />Supervisors in said proceedings, and this Council has examiD;ed <br />the form thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: <br />1. That consent be and the same is hereby granted to <br />said County' to acquire and construct said public improvements <br />and to levy and collect assessments and taxes for that purpose <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />upon the lands ~nd properties within'said assessment district <br />within said City of Redwood City, as '\ve1l as within said Connty, <br />all pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and the <br />Improvement Bond Act of 1915. <br />2.
