RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 354 AUTHORIZING CONDEMANTION OF ADDITIONAL LANDS IN FEE FOR MUNICIPAL COMMUNITY CENTER AND RECREATIONAL PARK. RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that it finds and determines and hereby declares: That public interest and necessity require the acquisition of the real property hereinafter described as a part of a municipal community center and recreational park; That all of the declarations and determinations of this City Council and its resolution with respect to the acquisition . of lands as set forth in its Resolution No. 210 authorizing con- damnation of lands in fee for municipal community center and recreational park be and they are hereby incorporated herein by reference; FURTHER RESOLVED: That an amendment to the complaint filed in the Superior Court of the state of California in and for the County of San Mateo entitled "CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal eo:pporation, Plaintiff, va. HOMER L. ADLER, at al.'t numbered 39,833, be amended by adding thereto as additional defendants JOHN J. SLATTERY, MAum:!McAULIF~ JULIA KANE and ROSARIO DIAS, and by adding to the property described in Plaintiff's complaint parcels 47, ~8, 49, 50 and 51, situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, and particularly described as follows: PARCEL 47. Lot 5 in Block 1 as shown on a map entit~d t'Magruder's Subdivision of Lot 23 of Wooster, Whi tton and MonDgomery Subdivision Redwood City Calif." filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on April 9, 1915, in Book 9 of Maps at page 32.
