IMPROVEMENTS ON CHARTER STREET <br />FACING CITY PROPERTY. <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Ct ty COl.-IDci1 of the Oi ty of Redwood <br /> <br />City that E. W. Blom, City Manager be and he is hereby ~uthorized <br /> <br /> <br />for and on behalf of this City to sign a contract for public im- <br /> <br />provemen ts in Charter Street between Stambaugh S~reet and the <br />southerly line of Sweeny Ranch and incur the liability of said <br />I City for payment of the cost of paving the westerly half of seid <br /> <br />street in front of the property of the City now used as a City Pound. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted <br /> <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 15th day of July, 1946, by the follow- <br /> <br />ing vote: <br /> <br />AYES and in favor of the passage and adoption of the <br /> <br />foregoing resolution: Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRTISCHGI, GRANGER <br /> <br />McNULTY, SWIFT, WERDER and HILTON. <br />NOES; Councilmen: NONE <br /> <br />Absent: COlillcilmen: NONE <br /> <br />ttJ: U/.
