<br />AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING RESOLUTION No. 363A <br />ENTITLED "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VA- <br />CATED UNUSED PORTION OF MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br />(FORMERLY WEBSTER STREET) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />) ss. <br />County of San Mateo ) <br /> <br />LISLE WINTER, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />Tijat during all the times herein mentioned he was and <br />still is the duly qualified and acting Superintendent of Streets <br />of the City of Redwo'od City, COtUlty and State aforesaid; <br />fIba t pursuant to Resolution No. 363A enti tIed "Resolution <br /> <br />of Tnten tion to Vaca te Unused Portion of Mi(~)dlefield Road (formerly <br />Webster street) ff, passed and adopted by the City Council of said' <br />City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th <br /> <br />day of JUly, 1946, he posted conspicously at three places along <br /> <br /> <br />the portion of Middlefield Road in said Resolution No. 363A de- <br /> <br />scribed and proposed to be vacated, copy of said Resolution No. <br /> <br />363A giving notice of the passage thereof and setting forth August <br /> <br /> <br />5, 1946, at 8 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall in Redwood City as <br /> <br />the time and place when and where any and all persons interested <br /> <br />in or objecting to the proposed vacation of said street are to be <br /> <br />heard; <br /> <br />That said Resolution No. 363A was posted on July 25, <br /> <br />1946, fllg ~au,-"hvpb ........
