WHEREAS, said Council of said City of Redwood City has now acquired jurisdiction to finally ~prove and confirm the engin- eer's report as amended; and WHEREAS, said City Council thereupon duly considered said report as amended and each and every part the'reof, and found that it contained all the matters and things called for by the provisions of Section 2 of the ttMunicipal Improvemen t A.ct of 1913", Inc1 tiding (1) plans and specifications of the proposed improvement, (2) esti- luate of costs, (3) diagram of district, and (4) a new assessment according to benefits, all of which was done in the form and manner required by said Act; and WHEREAS, said Council found that said report and each and every part thereof was sufficient in every particular and determined that it should stand as the report for all subsequent proceedings under said Act; NOW, THEREFORE, Said Council does hereby FIND, DETERMINE and ORDER, as follows: 1. That the ovmers or one-half of the area to be assessed for the cost of the project did not, at or prior to the time fixed for said hearing, file written protests against the said proposed improvemen ts as a whole, or a.gainst the district or the extent thereof to be assessed for the costs and expenses of said improve- ments as a whole, or as to the Engineer's estimate of said costs and expenses, or against the grades at which said work is provided to be done, or against the diagram or assessment to pay for the costs and expenses thereof. 2. That the district benefited by said improvements and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, and the ex- terior boundaries thereof, is more particularly described in Reso- lution of Intention No. 1946-1, and made a part hereof by reference thereto.
