<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT FOR HOUSING <br /> <br />Working within the existing City's site overarching structure, the Housing section will be <br />updated with a new look and feel. Includes site architecture and information design in <br />the form a site map. Existing navigational structure will change based on our June 8 <br />meeting discussion. <br /> <br />Deliverables to include final programmed Dreamweaver pages to integrate with existing <br />Dreamweaver based design of City's site. <br /> <br />. Client to provide source content (if different or in addition to what exists on the site <br />. currently) <br />. Site will be between 36-45 pages <br />. City host site <br />. Two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions are included, additional revisions billed <br />separately. <br /> <br />Range $9,500 to $12,500 (varies due to # of pages, features and purchase of royalty <br />free photography) <br /> <br />Timeframe: <br />Initial design of Home page and 2-3 subpages will be presented at July 13th committee <br />meeting. <br /> <br />After feedback is received, consultant will need 2-3 weeks to complete a first draft of all <br />the pages. <br /> <br />After feedback is received on first draft, consultant will need 1-2 weeks to complete <br />those edits. <br /> <br />Agreement over $10K 9 <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br />
