The modified permit to come back to City <br /> Council for final approval. <br /> Vice Mayor Howard shared her concerns with the 80 and she would prefer 65 students as <br /> a compromise. Mr. Lyon clarified the applicant will not get off the 50 students until the <br /> trust is built back and then the Zoning Administrator may consider the incremental <br /> increases. <br /> Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. (603) <br /> Mr. Mehra, Associate Planner, presented a brief staff report on the appeal. He <br /> covered the options before Council. He also provided a site review (presentation <br /> on file). He noted that the applicant had made changes to the plan trying to <br /> improve the parking lot condition. Mr. Mehra explained specifically what was being <br /> appealed.
