ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - there were no public <br /> comments. <br /> MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt <br /> the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> Mayor Foust read the titles of the items to be approved through the Consent Calendar. <br /> On item 6.1 C the City Attorney read a statement into the record stating that "...as part of <br /> the vote that the Agency is granting the funds to the City for payment of the agreed upon <br /> services and that this grant and funding is in furtherance of the goals of the <br /> Redevelopment Plan and the elimination of blight in the Redevelopment Project Area". <br /> M/S Aguirre/Howard to adopt the Consent Calendar with the modification referenced by <br /> the City Attorney on item 6.1. Agreements for After School Learning Centers with Redwood City School District. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Approve by motion and authorize the City Manager to execute 2009-2010 After <br /> School Program Services Agreements with the Redwood City School District <br /> (RCSD) for the regular school session as well as supplemental funding for <br /> intersession and summer services. (304) Minute Order 09-133 <br /> C. Agreement with Wagstaff and Associates for Environmental Consulting Services <br /> for the Downtown Precise Plan — Citv Council/Redeve/opment A_qencv Board. <br /> (with the inclusion of comments made by City Attorney Yamamoto—see above) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. By motion, approve an agreement in the amount of$178,826 for environmental <br /> consulting services with Wagstaff and Associates for preparation of a new <br /> Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Downtown Precise Plan. Authorize <br /> the City Manager to increase the agreement amount by up to 10% ($17,883) as <br /> a contingency in the event that additional funds are required. <br /> 2. By motion, contingent upon approval of the FY 2009-2010 Redevelopment <br /> Agency budget, approve a budget amendment to the FY 2009-2010 <br /> Redevelopment Agency budget, by transferring $150,000 from the Critical <br /> Pioneering Development fund to the Downtown Precise Plan project.
