Appeal of Zoning Administrator's Approval of a Use Permit for a massage service <br /> establishment at 515 Woodside Road (Public Hearing closed at the July 13, 2009 <br /> City Council Meeting). <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Deny the appeal by motion, thereby upholding the decision of the Zoning <br /> Administrator, with revised conditions of approval based on the findings as <br /> documented in the Notice of Official Action, to allow a massage service <br /> establishment at 515 Woodside Road. (603) <br /> Mr. Mehra, Associate Planner, provided a brief overview of the modified conditions which <br /> included the hours of operation and the onsite parking. He also covered the issue of <br /> traffic calming measures. <br /> Mayor Foust clarified that the public hearing had been closed. <br /> Public Comment <br /> Shan Lai, the daughter of the applicant said they want the matter resolved, that they <br /> cannot accept the modifications and that they wish to end the hearings tonight.
