<br />'" <br /> <br />CGM:mf 4/17/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.8833 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 2 0 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR 1090 MAIN STREET (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />NO . 81- 0 1 ) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Planned Development Permit has been conditionally <br /> <br />approved for 1090 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the Permittee, Willy <br /> <br />Ostertag, desire to enter into an agreement to describe their <br /> <br />mutual responsibilities in furtherance of the terms and conditions <br /> <br />of the above approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Willy Ostertag, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> <br />of 1090 Main Street (Planned Development Permit 34-Units) ," <br /> <br />a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and <br /> <br />to which reference is hereby made, is approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8R~10 <br />
