<br />....... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 390 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF EXTENSION OF LINDEN STREET <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />that the hereunto annexed Offer of Dedication of an Area for <br /> <br />City street dated the 30th day of August, 1946, and made between <br /> <br />ANGELO FRANCESCHINI and MARGARET FRANCESCHINI, his wife, and <br />GIUSEPPE FERRANDO and ANTOINET1~ FERRANDO, the parties of the <br /> <br />~irst part, and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br /> <br /> <br />in the County of San Mateo, State of California, the party of the <br /> <br />second part, be and the same is hereby accept~d by the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City,' and the Clerk of said Cityls hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> <br />directed to have said Offer of Dedication of an Area for City <br /> <br />Street recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of <br /> <br />San Mateo, State of California. <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly and regularly passed and adopted by the Council of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day <br />of September, 1946, by the following vote: <br />AYES and in favor of the passage of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen Armstrong, Britschgi, Granger, Swift, <br /> <br />Werder and Hilton. <br /> <br />NOES and against the passage of the foregoing resolu- <br /> <br />tion: <br /> <br />Councilmen: None. <br /> <br />Absent: Councilman McNulty <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and <br />affixed the Official Seal of the City of Redwood City this 4th <br /> <br />day of September, 1946. <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk of t City of e <br />and ex-officio Clerk <br />Council of said City <br />
