<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 403 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING EASEMENT FROM JAMES CORBETT AND <br />MARGARET CORBETT, HIS WIFE. <br /> <br />RESOLVEID by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City that a grant of an easement from JAMES CORBETT and ~~RGARET <br /> <br />CORBETT, his wife, for drainage purposes across lot 21 in Block <br /> <br />1 of a subdivision of lot 25, and across lots 3 and 4 in Block <br /> <br />2 of Magruder's Subdivision of lot 23 of Wooster, Whitton & <br />Montgomery Subdivision, be accepted and that the Clerk of <br />this Council be and he is hereby directed to cause said grant <br />of said easement, together with a copy of this resolution, duly <br /> <br />certified by him, to be recorded in the office of the County <br /> <br />Recorder of San Mateo COlmty. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and <br /> <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br /> <br /> <br />meeting thereof held on the 21st day of October, 1946, by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the <br />fOlriegoing resolution: Councilmen: ARMSTRONcf~ GRANGER, McNULTY~ <br /> <br />\VERDER . <br /> <br />NOES, Councilmen: NONE <br /> <br />Absent, Councilmen: BRITSCHGI, SWIFT ~nd MAYOR HILTON. <br /> <br />Attest: MaY~~~OOd City <br /> <br />Cle~t~~~WOOd City <br /> <br />I hereby approve <br />this 21st <br /> <br /> <br />City <br />
