HUCKE AND ANNE <br />HUCKE, HIS WIFE <br /> <br />R~SOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City that a grant deed from lli~ROLD L. HUCKE and ANNE HUCKE, his <br /> <br />wife to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY of that certain real property <br /> <br />situated in said City, San Mateo County, State of California, of <br /> <br />a portion of a parcel of land marked Peninsula Railroad Company on <br /> <br />that certain map of a resubdivision of lot 25 of Wooster, Whitton <br /> <br />and Montgomery Subdivision of a Part of the Redwood Flarm, consisting <br /> <br />of 0.18 acres, more or less, to become a part of Vera Avenue in <br /> <br />said City, together with a grant of an easement in, ove~ under and <br /> <br />along an adjoining portion of said parcel marked Peninsula Rail- <br /> <br />road Company on said map, which instrument is dated the 24th day <br /> <br />of October, 1946, be and the same is hereby accepted and the Clerk <br /> <br />of this Council is hereby directed to cause said deed, together. <br /> <br />with a copy of this resolution duly certified by him, to be re- <br /> <br />corded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo, said state. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular adjourned <br />meeting thereof held on the 29th day of October, 1946, by the <br />follcwing vote: <br /> <br />AYES, Councilmen: BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, McNULTY SWIFT <br /> <br />and MAYOR HILTON. <br /> <br />I hereby approve the foregoing resolution <br />this 29th day of October, 1946. <br /> <br />MayO~ t~~-~ty <br />
