<br />.. <br /> <br />CGM:mf 3/9/81 <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT OF THE RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br />OF PARCEL MAP NO. 80-5 SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />The CITY OF REDWOOD CITY hereby authorizes DENNIS L. HINES <br /> <br />and DENISE H. HINES to assume all rights and responsibilities <br /> <br />(including liabilities) of James C. Mengel under that certain <br /> <br />agreement entitled "Improvement Agreement - Parcel Map No. 80-5 <br /> <br />Subdivision." <br /> <br />Dennis L. Hines and Denise H. Hines hereby unconditionally <br /> <br />agree to assume all rights and responsibilities of James C. Mengel <br /> <br />subdivider of Parcel Map No. 80-5 Subdivision, pursuant to that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Improvement Agreement - Parcel Map <br /> <br />No. 80-5 Subdivision." <br /> <br />The completion date for all improvement for this subdivision <br /> <br />has been extended until March 23, 1982. <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />a municipal corporation <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />DENNIS L.
