<br />~' <br /> <br />CGM:yc:3j20j81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 8821 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 2 3 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AMENDED FINAL MAP <br />OF SHOREBIRD SOLAR SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final map of Shorebird Solar Subdivision was <br /> <br />conditionally approved and accepted by Resolution No. 8653, adopted <br /> <br />August 11, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider, Shorebirds Solar, has requested that <br /> <br />an amended final map be approved and accepted, which map is in <br /> <br />compliance with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amended final map of Shorebird Solar Subdivision, <br /> <br />entitled "Amended Map of Shorebird Solar Condominium Plan," is <br /> <br />approved and accepted subject to the conditions as described in <br /> <br />the aforementioned Resolution No. 8653. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8t$21 <br />
