City Council previously authorized the purchase of Bacchus for $1.00, <br />however Officer Unga and other City staff members are required to sign the attached <br />agreement to finalize the transfer. The City Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved <br />the agreement, and the $1.00 transfer fee has been paid by. Officer Unga. Chief <br />Cobarruviaz and Officer Unga have signed the agreement, and the document now <br />requires the City Manager's signature prior to submission to the City Clerk's Office. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. <br />
