Deny the applicant's appeal and uphold the Planning Commission's denial of <br />the Planned Development Permit. <br />4. Deny the applicant's appeal and uphold the Planning Commission's denial of <br />the Vesting Tentative Map. Minute Order 09-168 <br /> <br />Mayor Foust made some opening remarks requesting that all speaker cards be turned in <br />by the break time. She outlined the flow and sequence of events for the evening. <br /> <br />Tom Passanisi, Principal Planner, presented a brief overview of the project (presentation <br />on file). He explained the appeal process and how some clarifications have been <br />implemented after some confusion. Council asked questions relating to past practices. <br />One Council Member opined that the appeal process could use some clarification <br />especially because it does not specify calendar days versus business days. Mr. Passanisi <br />expanded on the options before Council. Mr. Paul Willis, Senior Civil Engineer, provided <br />some information on the question of evaluating roadways. Council posed questions of Mr. <br />Passanisi and Mr. Willis.
