The bolded and underlined phrase below is not <br />included in the RFP. <br /> <br />"Integrity, Competition in Selection Process, and Industry-Standard Contract Terms <br />· Condlll:t the RFP process with integrity and transparcnry <br />· A1.aintain the association of Member Agendes <br />. However, this is not all of the goals and objectives listed in the RFP as the <br />Grand Jury report states.
