The <br />announcement was disbibuted to the various local government associations whose members will <br />lose 8 percent oftheir property tax revenues to the state in FY 2009-10. The program is intended <br />to replace 100 percent of the funds loaned by local agencies to the state. California Communities <br />is soliciting proposals to put together the financing team for this project and is prepared to move <br />expeditiously to structure the project.
