To the extent permitted by <br />law, requests for information under the California Public Records Act or <br />Freedom of Information Act, will be directed back to the Member <br />Agency that is the owner of the requested data, and will be responded to <br />accordingly. <br /> <br /> <br />5.2 Information Utilization: Any Data present in the COPLINK system is <br />the proprietary information of the Member Agency contributing that <br />Data. Each Member Agency has an affIrmative obligation to assure that <br />all Data complies with 28 CFR Part 23.28 CFR Part 23 is attached <br />herein as Exhibit C. Member Agencies and authorized users may use <br />the Data for Law Enforcement use only. The Member Agency <br />responsible for contributing the Data shall have sole discretion regarding <br />release of that information. <br /> <br />5.3 Information Accuracy: Member Agencies and authorized users <br />acknowledge that Data maintained in the West Bay Region Node <br />consists of information that mayor may not be accurate.
