Estimated hours and costs for each <br />task by Bottomley Design &: Planning are provided on the attached budget spreadsheet. Task <br />cost estimates are intended for budgeting and infonnational purposes only, and are not <br />intended for task-by-task contracting or invoicing. This is a time and materials project with a <br />guaranteed maximum fee for completion of all Work Tasks as described herein.
