<br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 3/11/81) by <br /> <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City and PALO ALTO LANDSCAPING <br /> <br /> <br />CO., INC., for the performance of said work in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />the abovementioned plans and specifications, a copy of which <br /> <br /> <br />agreement is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />to which reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning <br /> <br /> <br />the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of PALO ALTO <br /> <br /> <br />LANDSCAPING CO., INC., is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />5.
