<br />,~ <br /> <br />4' <br /> <br />CGM:wb 3/5/81 <br />CGM:wb 3/9/81R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />8811 <br /> <br />ORIGlfvAL <br />MAR 9 1981 <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 81-1 SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Eugene Ivani, Mary Ivani, Louis Ivani, Albina Ivani, <br /> <br />Dalio Ivani, and Bertha Ivani, (hereinafter collectively referred <br /> <br />to as "Subdivider") received conditional permission from the <br /> <br />Subdivision Committee at its meeting of January 21, 1981 to <br /> <br />subdivide a parcel into two (2) lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the conditions, imposed on Subdivider by the <br /> <br />Subdivision Committee, in part, required Subdivider to provide <br /> <br />grading and paving, to replace damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks <br /> <br />and a driveway in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> <br />Department of Public Works of City, and to install trees along <br /> <br />the frontage of the subject property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Subdivider pursuant to which public improvements will be con- <br /> <br />structed by said Subdivider has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />for approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Subdivider, entitled "Agreement for Public Improvements <br /> <br />(Parcel Map No. 81-1)," a copy of which is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8 t J <br />
