And that the public work above referred to is the following: ROOSEVELT AND VALOTA AREA WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT That the name and address of the owner of the aforesaid public work is the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, P.O. Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is furnishing and installation of new water systems (including pipes, shut off valves, air release valves, corrosion protection, pipe restraints, and all associated fittings) and new domestic water services (including meter boxes and connections, new fire service lines and connections, new fire hydrant assemblies), and all other associated work. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Redwood City in the right-of-way roughly bordered by Roosevelt Avenue to the north, Valota Road to the east, Redwood Avenue to the south, and Fairview Avenue to the west.
