<br />agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City and Raisch Construction Co., for the performance of said work <br /> <br /> <br />in accordance with the abovementioned plans and specifications, a <br /> <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of the <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Raisch <br /> <br /> <br />Construction Co., is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />5.
