SWC:bc 9/4/80 SWC:wb 9/l5/80R RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 8691 ORIGINAL SEP 8 1980 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 80-6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOvvS: 1. That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City and Paul Hanley and Nadine J. Hanley (Subdivider"), entitled "Agreement" (form dated 8/19/80), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. 2. Said Subdivider shall, before the release of the above described Parcel Map No. 80-6 by City, and as a condition precedent to the recordation thereof, enter into and execute the aforementioned subdivision agreement. 3. Said Subdivider shall, before proceeding with any construc- tion which may, in the future be required by City, hereunder, furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient bond in form subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the faith- ful performance by said owners or subdividers of all work and the construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, or as shall be designated pursuant to said agreement, and within the time therein specified, or as shall be specified, in the amount specified in said agreement or as shall be specified pursuant to said agreement, and also a good and sufficient bond, in form subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvements, and the doing b 691
