02/22/2021 <br />March 2021 through December 2021, of such penalties may continue to provide a small <br />measure of relief for residential and commercial utility customers who may be <br />adversely impacted by the economic circumstances as a result of the COVID-19 virus <br />pandemic. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct, are hereby incorporated <br />herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety, and constitute findings in this <br />matter. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby waives late penalties and interest on solid <br />waste, water and sewer utility billing assessed between March 1, 2021 and December <br />31, 2021 for residential and commercial customers due to the Covid-19 pandemic. <br />Section 3.
