(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on February 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S CM and CM to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement <br />for a permit system upgrade and new software maintenance with CentralSquare <br />Technologies, LLC (CentralSquare) for an initial three-year term in the amount of <br />$290,000 and an optional one-year renewal term in the amount of $80,000, for a total <br />period of four years and not -to -exceed amount of $370,000. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
