(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on February 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Espinoza-Garnica to: <br />1. Approve and authorize City Manager to execute Operational Agreement with <br />San Mateo County Library Joint Powers Authority for Fair Oaks Library services; <br />and <br />2.
