Fvhihi+'0" <br />In consideration of the payments set forth in Exhibit B, Contractor shall provide the following <br />services: <br />Scope of Services: Contractor shall work with County to meet requirements provided in Exhibit <br />C — US EPA Water Quality Improvement Fund Agreement with County. <br />Task 1: Evidence of Completed Procurement: Contractor shall finalize procurement of design services <br />in the form of contract(s) with consultant(s) for design of a regional stormwater capture project. <br />Deliverable(s): Copy of fully-eFzecuted consultant contract(s), including scope(s) of services. <br />Task 2: Preliminary project design <br />Contractor shall provide a completed Preliminary Project Design*, including: <br />• Geotechnical investigation <br />■ Utility survey <br />• Hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality analyses <br />• Preliminary (10%) plan set development <br />Deliverables: <br />Preliminary Project Design documentation. <br />*Preliminary design includes 10% plan view layout and sections with dimensions, representative sections, <br />and overall sizing. Does not include detailed design, CEQA/permitting or environmental investigation. <br />Task 3: Progress Reports: Contractor shall provide timely quarterly reports to support the County Office <br />of Sustainability's obligation to complete reports to the US Environmental Protection Agency. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Quarterly progress reports due 15 days after the Fiscal Year Quarter (January 15, April 15, July 15, <br />and October 15) The progress reports should include: <br />• a discussion of the activities conducted during the past quarter, including a comparison of <br />actual accomplishments with the anticipated outputs and outcomes <br />• progress towards milestones, <br />• problems encountered with achieving outputs and outcomes, and their resolution, <br />• activities planned for the next two quarters, <br />• a financial accounting of costs incurred during the quarterly reporting period, including back up <br />documentation <br />• cumulative project costs since the beginning of the project, by <br />task <br />• and anything that will materially impair Contractors ability to complete the tasks. <br />Task 4: Final Progress Report: Within 60 days of the end of the project period, the Contractor will submit <br />a final report, documenting project activities over the County -funded project period and the recipient's <br />achievements with respect to the project's purposes and objectives_ <br />REV: 12-16-2020 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2020.25 1 /County of San Mateo (Page 11 of 21) <br />
