CEQA <br />ADU Ordinance is exempt from CEQA Guidelines. <br />CEQA analysis below: <br />State law allows an exemption for cities to <br />implement the ADU Ordinance (PUC 21080.17) <br />ADU ordinance update is not considered a project <br />under CEQA because it has no potential for <br />resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the <br />environment (CCR 15378) <br />The ordinance does not change the intensity or <br />Wftl density of the structures. Any remaining impacts <br />Redwood Y' i.- would be covered under the "common sense 23 of 22 <br />fto exemption" (CCR 15061(b)(3)) <br />
