Exercise caution when <br />opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders. <br />Good evening! <br />I am unable to attend tonight's meeting but I would like to be heard sincerely! <br />Let's stick with adopting the State required minimum of 16 -feet and instead expressed interest <br />in even GREATER <br />height than the minimum required please! <br />These guidelines need to hold the integrity of the neighborhood architectural styles & <br />characteristics with sizing included. <br />I will say it again, I am in favor of a 45% hard -cap FAR. <br />Redwood City HAS character and good size lots for a remodel with addition but we do not <br />need teardowns that rebuild <br />GIGANTIC homes without much charm on the full lot AND we do NOT need to have our <br />fenceline be overpowered with <br />the neighboring properties which disrupt our privacy and our sunshine! <br />Thank you for volunteering and doing the BEST for all of Redwood CIty residents. <br />Merrily Robinson <br />
