Exercise caution when <br />opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders. <br />Hi Diane, <br />I had a note that you had questioned the height requirement of 16" you are working on the <br />ADU question tonight. <br />I have asked our architect if this is unusual and this was his response. <br />16' isn't too restrictive. Palo Alto has a zone (mostly Eichlers) where the height limit for the <br />main house is only 17'. <br />We meaning the RSCA ADB just finished a application for one which was only 13' <br />Just thought I would pass that info. <br />Thanks Sue Nix <br />
