Exercise caution when opening attachments or <br />clicking links, especially from unknown senders. <br />I'm not sure if this is the correct email to send this to but my neighbor just mentioned to me that the 2 story ADU 4 <br />ft away from the lot line business is up for discussion again. This is insane. This sort of development is ruining my <br />beautiful neighborhood. Is that correct that 22ft adus can be built 4 feet from the fence? I oppose this. This would <br />ruin my view of the sky and steal my privacy and quality of life. I say no, no, no. I would say that ADUs must be <br />single story. I bought into this neighborhood because it feels like a neighborhood. I bought because i wanted a yard <br />and space. Allowing these 2 story ADUs within 4 feet of property lines is basically making my neighborhood into <br />something in my else entirely.
