An accessory dwelling unit converted from a <br />legal accessory building may include an expansion of not more than 150 square feet <br />beyond the same physical dimensions as the existing accessory building. An <br />expansion beyond the physical dimensions of the existing accessory building shall <br />be limited to accommodating ingress and egress. Any further expansion of the <br />building shall meet current requirements for an accessory dwelling unit. <br />3d. Height Se,.,,nd Story, <br />a. Attached Accessory Dwelling Unit.
