The powerful and flexible SpydIR can be easily reprogrammed by an operator to look for
different polymers or groups of polymers if requirements or incoming material streams change. The rugged system
features a detection module with a small flexible footprint suspended over a fast moving accelerating conveyor.
The IR detection system detects and identifies polymers and their locations within the fast moving material feed
stream as it flows beneath the detection module. A high speed precision air ejection array is positioned at the end of
the accelerating conveyor for ejection of operator-selected polymers. Dual ejection systems are available providing
three output streams. The SpydIR system features an advanced easy-to-use color touch screen operator interface
and Internet or modem connectivity to the factory for fast efficient_ adjustments, upgrades, diagnostics and repairs.
One (1) unders two-sort chute and one (1) containment chute included.

Applications: Ejection of a HDPE from a mixed stream of materials.

Drive:
Bearings:
Pulleys:
Conveyor Belt:
Belt:

48" wide.
Permanent rare earth magnets encased within an extra wide shell.
