6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Reddy to approve all items on the Consent <br />Calendar, passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />6.A. Acceptance of the budget increase for the California (CA) Natural Resource <br />Agency Grant Award and the United States Environmental Protection Agency <br />(EPA) Water Quality Improvement Fund Award from San Mateo County, and <br />execute the Design Professional Agreement for engineering services, for the <br />Regional Stormwater Capture Project at Red Morton Park (304) MO 21-008 <br />(505)Res(0002)15932 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Design <br />Professional Agreement for engineering services and environmental review with <br />Craftwater Engineering Inc. for the Regional Stormwater Capture Project at Red <br />Morton Park in the amount of $1,113,333; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution accepting a U.S. Water Quality Improvement Fund award <br />of $200,000 from the United States Environmental Protection Agency via the <br />County Of San Mateo; accepting a grant award of $913,333 from the California <br />Natural Resources Agency; authorizing the City Manager to execute the grant <br />agreements and related contract documents; and increasing the capital outlay <br />fund revenue and expenditure budgets by $1,113,333. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13. Agreement for Services with BKF Engineers to provide civil engineering <br />services for the Community Facilities District No. 2020-1 (304) MO 21-009 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement <br />for Services with BKF Engineers for an amount not to exceed $113,763 to <br />provide a Conditions Report for the Community Facilities District No. 2020-1. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.C. Services Agreement to support preparation of updated Housing Element <br />including Environmental Review and General Plan updates (304) MO 21-010 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement <br />for Services with Moore, lacofono, Goltsman, Inc.
