2. Adopt a resolution establishing the Police Advisory Committee. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.C. Consent to the issuance of refunding bonds by Silicon Valley Clean Water to <br />refund a State Water Resources Control Board loan (505) Res(0003)15933 <br />Assistant City Manager and Administrative Services Director Michelle Poche <br />Flaherty gave a presentation. <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />supplementing Resolution No. 15920 of the City Council to consent to the <br />issuance by Silicon Valley Clean Water of refunding bonds to refund a State <br />Water Resources Control Board State Revolving Fund loan at a lower interest <br />rate in order to reduce debt service payments by approximately $412,000 over <br />the life of the loan. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Gee and Reddy to adopt a resolution of the City Council of <br />the City of Redwood City supplementing Resolution No. 15920 of the City <br />Council to consent to the issuance by Silicon Valley Clean Water of refunding <br />bonds to refund a State Water Resources Control Board State Revolving Fund <br />loan at a lower interest rate in order to reduce debt service payments by <br />approximately $412,000 over the life of the loan, passes unanimously by roll <br />call vote. <br />8. STUDY SESSIONS <br />8.A.
