Governance Sub -Committee — Mayor Howard gave an update. <br />9.C. City Manager (Oral) Update — City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz gave an <br />update on the County's Covid-19 vaccination efforts and risk level status, and <br />free drive-through blood pressure screening at the Veterans Memorial Senior <br />Center and AARP tax preparation services for seniors. <br />10.
