EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall: <br />• Prepare, full prime, and paint primary color on four walls, approx. 12,000 total square <br />feet (walls are approx. 30' in height, with two peaks at approx. 42') <br />• Prepare, full prime, and paint primary color, on all exposed metal ducting <br />• Prepare, full prime, and paint trim color throughout perimeter banding <br />• Prepare, full prime, and paint trim color on one side of eight window frames <br />• Prepare, full prime, and paint trim color on both sides of seven double doors and one <br />single door, including all door frames <br />*Special Requirements* <br />• If motorized lifts are to be used, 1.125" plywood will be required when maneuvering <br />within the facility <br />• Contractor shall be responsible for protecting all gym flooring and equipment (i.e. <br />electronic scoreboards, bleachers, ducting, etc.) <br />Products to be used: <br />• All walls and spiral ducting: Kelly Moore 1686-230 (Greystone) Dura-Poxy Eggshell <br />Enamel <br />• All metal doors, windows and frames: Kelly Moore 1998 Epic Semi -Gloss Enamel (color <br />TBD) <br />Fee: <br />City shall pay Contractor a flat -rate amount of $24,499 for completion of all work outlined in the <br />Scope of Services. <br />REV: 02-22-2021 MI <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.038/Pro Group Painting (Page 11 of 11) <br />
