EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE SERVICES: Consultant will provide a variety of coaching and leadership development services on an as needed basis, which may include any or all of the following: 1. One-to-one career development and success coaching for executive team members and mid -managers who are recommended by their Department Director. 2. Group Leadership Coaching/Training The City Manager or a Department Director may identify a need for group coaching/training that may be topic specific and topics may be recommended by the City Manager or by the consultant, subject to approval of the City Manager or their designee. 3. Leadership Succession and Transition Coaching Coaching may include individuals or groups of members of the executive team and/or mid -managers with a focus on succession planning and managing leadership transitions. 4. Strategic Planning and Facilitation Details and specifics to be determined dependent on the City's needs. PROFESSIONAL FEES: Consultant shall provide the services outlined above on an hourly and costs basis not -to - exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000). Fees shall be based on actual hours worked and costs incurred per the rates delineated below. Hourly rates shall include all Consultant's fees and expenses except for the reimbursable costs discussed below.
