Backflow Prevention Field Insaector Portal Annual Subscription Fee <br />For annual subscription costs of the Backflow Prevention Field Inspector Portal, <br />Consultant shall invoice the City thirty (30) days after installation of the Portal in <br />the amount of $4,000, prorated to have the same subscription term dates as the <br />annual licensing and maintenance fee for the overall TrueBill software (December <br />1 to November 30). Consultant shall then invoice the City in the amount of $4,000 <br />for one-year terms thereafter throughout the term of the Agreement and in advance <br />of the subscription period term of one (1) year. <br />Total for Annual Subscription Fee for Portal $20,000 <br />c. Additional Services <br />Additional Services are any custom configurations, reports, workflows, or trainings <br />requested and approved by the City and shall be billed at $165 per hour, within <br />thirty (30) days upon completion, and shall not exceed the amounts listed in the <br />table below.
