Use Case: Prior to billing, Customer Service runs this report to ensure that Meters are associated <br />with the proper service before billing the Account. <br />4.2 Accounts Without a Reading <br />This report is used as a pre -billing check to ensure that ail accounts in a Route have a reading. <br />A. Report Parameters <br />s Since — Report will display accounts that have no reading after this date <br />Routes —Select which Routes you want included In the report <br />B. Report output <br />.. Account #i, Service Address, Meter Id, Meter Size, Last. Read <br />.i The report returns a list of Accounts that have no Reading since the date provided in the <br />Since parameter.
