6.1'. - Page 28 of 131 <br />*Amendment Notice* <br />Attachment A <br />The Notice Inviting Bids has been amended effective 1/29/2021. Proposers must use <br />the amended sections of this addendum when submitting proposals. Proposers must <br />sign page 3 and include all three pages of this addendum with their proposal <br />submission. <br />BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE <br />The bid submission deadline of February 1, 2021, as listed on pages 1 (cover page) and 3 <br />(schedule dates) of the NIB document has been extended to February 15, 2021. <br />BID OPENING <br />The scheduled bid opening of February 10, 2021, as listed on pages 2 (general provisions, <br />section 5) and 3 (schedule dates) has been rescheduled to February 24, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. <br />PST. The virtual bid opening meeting details and link remain the same. <br />MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DAYS UNTIL DELIVERY TO REDWOOD CITY <br />Page 12, Section 1 (Other Bid Information) shall be replaced with the following: <br />1. Maximum Number of Days until Delivery to Redwood City: Days <br />a. Must indicate a specific number of days (60, 90, and 120) and not a range of <br />days (90-120). <br />b. The 1st day is considered to be the date Redwood City mails the Purchase <br />Order to the Successful Bidder. (Note: Redwood City staff will email the date <br />the Purchase Order was released to the Successful Bidder). <br />c. Failure to deliver the vehicles before the maximum number of days listed <br />above may null and void the contract between the Successful Bidder and the <br />City. <br />d. Build time to be discussed and agreed upon durin re -construction meeting. <br />WITHDRAWAL OF BID <br />Page 4, Section 6 (Withdrawal of Bid) shall be replaced with the following: <br />Any Bidder may withdraw his or her bid by written request (addressed to the City Contact). <br />Bidders who submitted a bid before the Addendum can also withdraw and replace, or <br />supplement, their bid to account for new requirements. <br />199 <br />
