CONSENT CALENDAR Page 7 <br />6.A. 2020 Annual Housing Progress Report <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the 2020 Annual Progress Report (APR), as recommended by <br />the Planning Commission, and authorize the City Manager to submit the APR to <br />the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development <br />(HCD) for certification in compliance with Government Code Section 65400 <br />(Administration of General Plan). <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13.
