6.13. - Page 31 of 37 <br />Consultant shall develop an implementation strategy that categorizes all identified <br />projects and programs into prioritized tiers, similar to the methodology that was developed <br />for RWCmoves. The implementation strategy shall reflect: <br />• Prioritized projects and potential challenges or planning needs to support <br />implementation <br />• Funding strategies for project delivery and potential funding sources for projects <br />• Critical considerations to maintain the improvements <br />• Key partners with whom implementation may need to be coordinated <br />The implementation strategy may be developed concurrently to preparation of design <br />concepts and other report materials. <br />Task 6.7. Concept Drawings for Selected Vision Zero Capital Projects <br />Consultant shall develop 10% concept linework for up to three high-priority Vision Zero <br />projects identified in coordination with City staff. The planning -level cost estimate for each <br />project developed as part of Task 6.5 will be revised for these three projects if needed. <br />The concept drawings and estimates will help position the City to seek grant funding <br />opportunities for these projects as they arise in the future. <br />Note: The exact number of projects to be developed will be coordinated with City staff <br />based on the size and scope of each project, if project areas are larger, fewer projects <br />may be developed. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• List of Vision Zero projects in each Vision Zero Focus Area and the deficiency or <br />issue they address <br />• List of educational and encouragement programs for inclusion in the final Vision <br />Zero Action Plan <br />• List of transportation public safety programs for inclusion in the final Vision Zero <br />Action Plan <br />• Tabular representation of high-level phasing plan <br />• Scored safety projects in tabular or map format <br />• Planning level cost estimates for identified projects and programs <br />• List of implementation strategies <br />• 10% conceptual design for up to three (3) selected Vision Zero locations <br />Task 7- Draft and Final Vision Zero Action Plan <br />REV: 03-04-21 PR <br />55 <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.047/Fehr & Peers (Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan and Vision Zero Action P) (Page 25 of 31) <br />
