RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. rP; 2.. AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO ERNEST K. DAVIS AND BLANCHE R. DAVIS, HIS WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS WHEREAS A. McSweeney, as Tax Collector of the County of San Mateo, did on the 8th day of September, 1942, sell the real property hereinafter described for delinquent ~axes of the County of San Mateo, and the City of Redwood City has received its pro rata share of the moneys received by the County of San Mateo for and taxes/assessments against said property prior to the fiscal year 1941-42 ; RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that sa.id Oi ty Council does hereby authorize the execution of a quitclaim deed from said City to said Ernest K. Davis and Blanche R. De. vi s, hi. s ~Ji fe, of all intere st 0 f ssid Oi ty in sa.id real prop- erty hereinafter described, and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such deed for and on behalf of said City.
