WHElf~s, said Council did proceed, on the 4th day of August, 1947, with said hearing and after considering all objec- tions made and received does determine that due and legal notice of said hearing was given as reouired by the ordinances of the City of Redwood City, as appears from the affidavit of L. M. DUNCAN on file in the office of the Ci ty Clerk; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City and said Council does hereby declare the buildings or structures situated upon the real property hereinabove de- scribed to be a public nuisance and does hereby direct the owner thereof to abate said nuisance within thirty (30) days from the adoution of this resolution, by having said buildings razed or removed, and if sa.id buildings are not so abated by said owner the Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to raze or remove said buildings and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on the lot or parcel of land from which said buildings,or structures are removed and 1 which is hereinabove described. * * '* Passed and adopted by the Council of the Ci"ty of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the August, 1947, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the fore- 18th day of going resolution: Councilmen: Br1tschgi, Granger, Holm~listl MONulty, swift, werder and Hilton.
